I have NOTHING but rave reviews for Tim! He called me the same day you emailed me. I was unable to speak as I was out of town, but we just had a nearly hour long conversation about what I'm looking for. I've decided I'm at the point in my life where renting an apartment makes the most sense. He's offered to put me in touch with someone from your group who can help with rentals, and gave me SO much information about towns around Starke (where I'll be working). He finished by explaining the pros of buying a house or condo down the line and I am convinced that if I stay working in Starke after my 3 year commitment is up, he's the agent I'll want to work with. Five stars--he's incredible. Thank you guys for making the home search for an out-of-towner Texan less overwhelming!
