Having been an out-of-state prospective home buyer, Watson Realty was recommended to me. Tim Holm became my realty agent. He warrants more than a five star recommendation. I presented Tim with a somewhat lengthy laundry list with a time restraint in which I was adamant in being adhered to. The patience of Tim with me was most remarkable in finding me my perfect house. After viewing many, many, many almost perfect houses online and in person I became quite disappointed that we had not found my "perfect" house. However, Tim's tenacity to do so was totally unbelievable. We finally found "it" and he followed through going above and beyond to make sure that the move to my new state and the move-in to my new home went perfectly.
