Tim and Gigi Holm was great to work with. They helped us find a great home perfect for our family of six. He was there to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. They were very knowledgeable about the area, pricing, expectations, time frames, etc. I cant think of any question he was not able to answer for us. We wanted to move quickly into a new home and Tim was there whenever we needed him. He provided us with constant updates on new listings as soon as they popped up. We purchased and closed within 30 days. He definitely made the stress of purchasing a house go smoother and less strenuous for us.
