Watson Realty Your Holm Team was created by Tim and Gigi Holm. Tim started in the Real Estate industry in 2014 after working for 28 yrs in the Culinary industry. Gigi worked in the Medical proffesion as a CNA and a Billing and coding specialist. Together they provide services for the North East Part of Florida. Especially Orange Park, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, St.John's County, St. Augustine, and Jacksonville including the beaches. 

They love helping out people whom have never purchased a home before and have relationships with several mortgage companies that provide great programs for the first time homebuyers. They also specialize in Veterans and Current Military personal. They have been able to find homes for those whom are over seas as well as just new to the area.
